Delivery Areas

Scooter Ireland delivers to customers in:

  • Republic of Ireland

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union countries

We do not currently ship outside these regions.

Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on stock availability, courier schedules, and the delivery destination. Please note that we do not offer next-day delivery. Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary, particularly during peak shopping seasons or due to customs checks for UK and EU deliveries.

Delivery Charges

We are pleased to offer Free Delivery across Ireland on all orders. For deliveries to the UK and EU, charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is confirmed. Any applicable import duties, handling fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Courier Services

Orders are dispatched via trusted third-party courier partners. Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been shipped, where available. Couriers may require a signature on delivery for security purposes.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will usually attempt redelivery, leave a calling card, or provide instructions to reschedule or collect your order. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept the delivery at the address given.

Damaged or Missing Items

All products are quality-checked before dispatch. On arrival, please inspect the outer packaging before signing. If the parcel shows visible damage, we recommend refusing delivery and contacting us immediately. If you accept the delivery and later notice a problem, please notify us within 48 hours and provide supporting photos of the packaging and item.

Delays

We work hard to ensure timely delivery, but cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control. This includes courier backlogs, severe weather conditions, customs clearance delays, or wider supply chain issues.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Scooter Ireland cannot accept liability for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
