Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We ship to all addresses within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international destinations at this time.
Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping destination. You can see the fees during the checkout process prior to confirming your order.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Republic of Ireland: 4-10 business days
- Northern Ireland: 4-10 business days

We use reputable shipping carriers such as An Post, DPD, and Fastway Couriers. The carrier we choose will depend on your address and the size and weight of your order.
Tracking Your Order

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
In the event that your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address during the checkout process.
Damaged or Missing Items
