Manufacturers provide a 2-year warranty on their items purchased through Scooter Ireland. Within the first 14 days, customers can contact us directly for assistance. After this period, the manufacturer will handle warranty claims. In some cases, the manufacturer may prefer to work directly with you, the consumer, to expedite the repair or return process if needed.
